Qualifications & experience
– Minimum D3 or S1 graduates in relevant fields.
– Minimum 7 years of work experience in a Foods warehouse is preferred.
– Be thorough and have good managerial skills in organizing goods.
– Able to lead warehouse teams, distribute tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
– Able to respond quickly and effectively to issues related to stock, distribution, or damage.
– Communication skills to coordinate with other teams.
– Firm, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
– Thorough and has high loyalty.
– Domicile in MEDAN and its surroundings.
Tasks & responsibilities
– Receiving, storing, and managing stocks in warehouses in accordance with applicable storage rules (e.g., appropriate temperature, humidity, and special treatment for Foods).
– Conduct regular stock checks to ensure stock availability and avoid empty stock.
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure there are no violations in the storage or placement management.
– Supervise the warehouse team in running day-to-day operations, including task management and performance monitoring.
– Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the process runs consistently.
